Frequently Asked Questions – Photo studio in Vienna

How many people can we come with?
The shoots are limited to a maximum of 2 adults (toddlers do not count).

Who can book a photoshoot at your photo studio in Vienna?
The shoots are for everyone. Whether it’s a family, portrait, or couple shoot.

When do we receive our photos?
The pictures will be available for you to download 2 weeks after the shoot.

How many pictures do we get?
You will receive all the good shots from the shoot. I don’t limit the number of photos that you receive from your photoshoot.

Are all the photos in color or in black and white?
All pictures will be in color and I will give you some extra in black and white.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please consider postponing your photoshoot to another day if possible. Let us know your preferred date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Regarding cancellations: Up to 10 days before the shoot, you can cancel free of charge. From 10 days before the shoot, you will be charged 50% of the total amount—unless you find a replacement who can make the appointment.

If you cancel on the day of the shoot, you will be charged 100% of the total amount—unless you find a replacement who can make the appointment.

30 minutes: 250 EUR – 15 high resolution, professionally edited photos

1 hour: 500 EUR – all the good shots – approximately 50 high resolution, professionally edited photos
