Renting a motor boat in the Danube is my favorite summer activity in Vienna and if there is also ice cream somewhere around me, then we are actually talking about a dreamy Sunday experience. This is how I personally like to spend my Sunday afternoon in Vienna (well, if I cannot be somewhere in the Greek islands🙂 ). With a good company and definitely not in the city center. And there are some houses right next to the Danube with a boat outside and it looks like a little Venice (with a certain dose of imagination of course 🙂 ). And little before the nightfall, we ended up strolling around Augarten (which reminds me of the parks in Paris) and later on, had dinner on a wonderful terrace at the Augarten restaurant overlooking the beautiful park.
